We take pride in finding wines that are produced with respect for the art of wine making. More then often, wines are made accordig to regional and family traditions for many decades. Taste, nose and quality are the most important factors for passing the blind tasting. Therefore we highly value grape traceability and wine production that is up to standard. Quality of the production should be certified by independant organisations such as International Food Standard (IFS) and British Retail Consortium (BRC). Bioth IFS and BRC are auditing systems that guarantee uniformity, food sfethy, quality and they aim to increase the overall reliability of food and beverages. Wineries are inspected on site by officials as part of the certification application.

When a wine is selected, we use analyses of external and independent laboratories to verify the wine quality. This is done for all bottled wines we handle and repeated for each vintage. In addition, we provide blending services. Within the regional wine laws and regulations, we can blend different varieties or qualities to meet your level of compelexity, color, residual sugar or taste of a particular (table) wine.
